billie is just another rebellious teen on the verge of dropping out because she doesn't like school. but she has one thing stopping her from doing so, her brother, who she lives with and who is the principal of the hill's high. bad move on her part there, moving in with him. but she had no other choice, her mother wanted her to stay in school and she had been expelled from most of the schools in LA, so her mother thought that it would be a good idea to send her off to her brother's where she would have to stay in school and even behave, thought she doesn't. overall though, billie is quite a nice girl who just wants the attention and to be liked by a lot of people.

friends i can see her having a fair few of these, and she wouldn't care too much about clique, she never really has in the past either.
