history Billie is from Los Angeles, well that was where she was born anyway. She moved to Violet Hill not too long ago, after being expelled from her school in LA. She moved in with her brother, who is the principal of Hill's High. Which probably wasn't the best move ever, but they still get along so well, even with Bilie's rebellious side and always getting in trouble. Well at least she'll never get expelled again.
